The Strongest Strong's Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible https://www.amazon.com/dp/0310246970?ref=fed_asin_title $19.49 I suggest you have a printed copy of the Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible by Dr. James Strong. You will find that modern search engines and electronic devices use the numbering system by Strong, and it is consistent with most study programs. This suggested Amazon buy happens to be the one I have, but they all have the same information, (I like the layout and readability of this one). Dr. James Strong is famous for his numbering system. There are two dictionaries (Lexicons), one for Hebrew to English and one for Greek to English. Strong does a basic lexicon, but his numbers are used by those language scholars that will give you a more in-depth and accurate view of any biblical word in question. Dr. James Strong also wrote a book on the Tabernacle that is a really good read if you can find it. 📚 _

These are available in Hardbound, Paperback, Kindle, and audio versions. Joshua 10:13 (1599 Geneva Bible) "And the Sun abode, and the moon stood still, until the people avenged themselves upon their enemies: (is not this written in the book of Jasher?) so the Sun abode in the midst of the heaven, and hasted not to go down for a whole day." 📚 _

Charles is again the more trusted translator. 1 Enoch is the most important and significant, whereas 2 & 3 Enoch don't pack a lot of trust with theologians. The Enoch books are available in print form and Kindle E-book formats on Amazon. When studying Enoch and the writings of what the man Enoch saw of the spirit and was given to do, it becomes paramount that the student learn about the life of Enoch, which is primarily revealed in the book of Jasher (Heb. Yahsher). 📚 _

Michael Heiser "The Unseen Realm" In The Unseen Realm, Dr. Michael Heiser examines the ancient context of Scripture, explaining how its supernatural worldview can help us grow in our understanding of God. He illuminates intriguing and amazing passages of the Bible that have been hiding in plain sight. You'll find yourself engaged in an enthusiastic pursuit of the truth, resulting in a new appreciation for God's Word. Why wasn't Eve surprised when the serpent spoke to her? How did descendants of the Nephilim survive the flood? Why did Jacob fuse Yahweh and his Angel together in his prayer? Who are the assembly of divine beings that God presides over? In what way do those beings participate in God's decisions? Why do Peter and Jude promote belief in imprisoned spirits? Why does Paul describe evil spirits in terms of geographical rulership? Who are the "glorious ones" that even angels dare not rebuke? After reading this book, you may never read your Bible the same way again. Technology continues to develop, but many are lagging behind in the acceptance of this brave new world of apps, PDFs, webpages, ebooks, etc. Many new archeological finds and historical documents being translated into English are now being placed into these technological collections until someone decides to put them in print. My guess is that will happen slower and even less often as time goes on. The cost of study tools is another subject altogether. I paid thousands of dollars for the complete Talmud volumes on our library shelves. Yet you can get the Full/Complete Talmud in PDF form for free. Having the ability to search for a word or phrase in a PDF is time saver and sometimes the only way to get the job done. That said, let's assume you have a smartphone and you know how to use it. You need a good Bible App. We use Bible Study by Olive Tree. There are lots out there, and probably ones better than Olive Tree, that you should look at. We don't look much because we are already heavily invested in Olive Tree. We have purchased lots of Bible Translations and tools for study that are only for the Olive Tree Application. See the "Bible Versions" layer for more information on Bible Versions and Study Tools that you need in a good Bible Application program for your "smartphone." 📚 _
CLICK More... The Ante-Nicene Fathers is an excellent read/study. It's not all true, but some of it fills in a lot of New Testament history. By definition, "ante" means before or prior to, and "Nicene" refers to Emperor Constantine the Great, who summoned the First Council of Nicaea, which defined the dogmatic fundaments of Christianity. That started us down the road of gnostic segregation and taught the world that it is more important to be right than to love. So, the "Ante-Nicene Fathers" refers to those apostles and believers for the centuries before the "church" and the superiority given to theology and doctrines whereby religious rites quickly silenced the Spirit. These books are fun to read and will give the bible student lots of cool stories to tell. You can search Amazon "Books" for "Ante-Nicene Fathers" and find printed versions. You can download the PDF version for free here: http://media.http://iamtheway.org/public/iam/lc/complete_ante-nicene_nicene_post-nicene-church-fathers.pdf The nice thing about the PDF version is that you can search for subjects, which you can't really do much of a search with printed pages/books. There is a volume of the Ante-Nicene Fathers that is an index. This index is very helpful in searches.

The word comes from the Hebrew word for five, ḥamesh (חמש). The Stone Edition - The Torah, Haftaros and Five Megillos with Commentary Anthology from the Rabbinic Writings of the first five books of the Bible. Artscroll Messorah is the publisher. Their website is full of Hebrew/Jewish books and other cool stuff. Mezuzah? https://www.amazon.com/door-mezuzah/s?k=door+mezuzah This is one of the references that we use regularly for understanding and revelation from the first five books of the Bible. The book is filled with commentary of Jewish sages for many centuries. The works of the sages must be filtered and understood that they usually pack an agenda of everything concerning Israel and nothing to do with the nations. Through the centuries, the sages have been quite close-minded. But many are not! Many have really enlightening things to say that can put us on a better track of faith. We study Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Ishmael, etc. This is our usual starting place. We grow in study from The Chumash The Chumash we are suggesting has a Hebrew to English translation at the top of each page. This can be of help to the studier in learning important Hebrew words and their lingual uses.
CLICK More... The Jewish Talmud The Talmud is, after the Hebrew Bible, the central text of Rabbinic Judaism and the primary source of Jewish religious law (halakha) and Jewish theology. Until the advent of modernity, in nearly all Jewish communities, the Talmud was the centerpiece of Jewish cultural life and was foundational to "all Jewish thought and aspirations," also serving as "the guide for the daily life" of Jews. The Talmud includes the teachings and opinions of thousands of rabbis on a variety of subjects, including halakha, Jewish ethics, philosophy, customs, history, folklore, and many other topics. (from: Wikipedia) The Talmud is important for historical studies because its commentaries go back hundreds and sometimes thousands of years. It always has Jewish nationalism as a base and must be filtered. Remember that the writers have no idea about our Messiah and the scripture fulfilments concerning Him. But in many ways, the Tulmid fills in the stories that are not in the Bible we carry. Get The Full Talmud - almost 3,300 pages - pdf - Freel by clicking the button. 📚 _

Bible Versions and Study Tools This is the "Bible Versions" layer for more information on "Bible Versions and Study Tools" that you need in a good Bible Application program for your "smartphone." It is common for Bible applications for your devices to be free in some kind of basic model. Then, you start adding versions of the Bible and Study Tools to work with those bibles. So, there are some tools that I would not want to be without. I would need the "Theological Dictionary of the New Testament" (often called "Kittles"). If I don't have that as an integrated tool for the Bible translations that I purchase, then I really don't want that Bible Study Application. 📚 _
CLICK More... "Apocrypha" comes from the Greek word apokrypha [apokrufoß"], which means "things that are hidden, secret." "The Apocrypha" refers to two collections of ancient Jewish and Christian writings that have certain affinities with the various books of the Old Testament and New Testament but were not canonized by Christians as a whole: the Old Testament Apocrypha, which are still viewed as canonical by some Christians, and the New Testament Apocrypha, which are not. Amazon search for "Books," and Apocrypha will give you various options for historical books/writings. You can get over a hundred in one book. However, I'm not sure that is the way to do it. Print size would be an issue you want to research before you buy one of the cheaper books, especially those that include a lot of books together in one binding. I'm pretty sure that all the book titles that you'll find in your search for Apocrypha are available in an electronic form. In PDF documents, you can Annotate with a Note so that when you are studying a document's content, you can type the notes of your study and they will remain in the exact place of your study. (Doing this is a little different for PC vs. Apple, but both are easy to get used to.) As you research the Apocrypha, take some time and make a decision on each product according to what you find so that you get what you will use and not just have something you are kicking around on the shelf. 📚 _
CLICK More... The language of the Bible is Hebrew. Not Greek, Not Aramaic, not Latin. After six plus millennia of time, Hebrew is the language of the scriptures. English is not even half a millennia old. Only very uneducated people would believe that "If it ain't the King James, it ain't the Bible." When one studies languages, especially from the biblical perspective, one can only find that English is one of the worst languages to have to translate the Bible into. Part of the trouble is that too many English-speaking people have a tendency to think that the English language is the best of the best. Most true scholars and historians place English very low in compatibility and communication. English-speaking people need to learn and study other languages. So, we will need to begin our studies in the Hebrew language and find the discrepancies that are naturally in our English translations of Holy words. This will not be easy, but the more we can interest ourselves in Hebrew, the more revelation will be given us. We will not run out of revelation of Truth before we get to pass out of these earth suits and into the arms of Yeshua. Let's start with Hebrew of the New Testament. Most of the New Testament was Hebrew translated into other languages. A century ago, a set of scrolls were found with what is now called "The Hebrew Matthew Gospel." Fairly recently, that gospel has been published and is available via Amazon. Click the "Hebrew Matthew Gospel on Amazon" button and see how easy it is to get an English translation of the scroll - a very old scroll - an ancient copy of the orginal gospel of the apostle Matthew. 📚 _
