What comes to your mind when you think of discipleship? What comes to your mind when you think of fitness? Rarely do we see these two terms in connection, but let’s consider how these terms connect in today’s episode of the Gleanings! We will be thinking this idea of Complete Discipleship or "full spectrum fitness." That is to say we consider all the domains of our lives that contribute to our ability to endure and face all the challenges that life throws at us… The four categories we will consider are: Physical fitness, mental fitness, social fitness, and spiritual fitness.
