Nowhere is the picture of biblical diversity more powerfully or beautifully painted than in Revelation 7:9. We need a diverse group of people to engage with the diverse group that will be represented before the throne. We need men and women of every age, ethnicity, and background. Every person has a part to play in fulfilling the Great Commission. Will you join us?
February 2022 - Diversity in Missions
January 2022 - Deaf Peoples
Over 200 sign languages are used among the 70 million Deaf people around the world. Believers work diligently to translate Bible stories into local sign languages so that the Deaf can see and respond to the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. The Deaf are some of the least evangelized people on earth. Prayer is essential to the task of reaching them.
December 2021 - Healthcare Missions
Healthcare missions gives access to unreached peoples and allows for intimate conversations with them. Through healthcare, missionaries meet needs, make disciples, and empower the local church. The missionary’s task includes entry, evangelism, discipling new believers, training leaders, and forming healthy churches. Caring for needs of people is an integral part of each of these.
November 2021 - South Asian Peoples
The greatest concentration of lostness on the planet is in South Asia. Each week 232,000 South Asians enter eternity without Christ. IMB workers among South Asian Peoples see breakthroughs as God’s people battle in prayer. God calls His church to pray, and He works in and through the prayers of His people. There is work that every believer can do, regardless of their geography because every believer can pray.
