Living Bread Workshop - Hastings Campus

Registered dietitian and culinary educator, Christa Spaeth, has a a strong passion for biblical food preparation and farm-to-table education. As a Biblical Wellness Ambassador, she loves to share how Jesus is the bread of life! During this class we will:


- Learn the nutritional benefits of fresh milled flour and why you will want to make the switch!

- Learn how to bake with fresh milled flour

- Taste fresh baked samples during the class

- Take home prepared bread dough to bake at home


The cost of the class is $25. Please make sure to bring your own large bowl, spatula, and cover for your bowl.
