Deposit - GENERATE Student Camp 2023

Deposit: $100.00 (Total Cost: $250.00 per student)

July 11 - 15, 2023

This registration is for a deposit to ensure your spot at camp. The remainder of the cost, $150.00, will be collected in a separate link titled "Remainder Payment for Camp" If you would like to go ahead and pay in full, please fill out this registration for the $100.00 and then press the link titled "Remainder Payment For Camp" located on the website to pay the rest. Student Camp is here! We will be going to Upstate, SC to Southern Wesleyan University to attend YM360's GENERATE Camp! Throughout the week, we will be worshipping together, building community, and serving alongside some great local organizations. For this camp, our church will not be split up but will be together throughout the week for the mission projects. GENERATE also hosts a camp wide dodgeball tournament, Early Morning 5k, themed late-night party and talent show, The Get Down. WHAT TO BRING: • Bible • Modest Clothing for 5 Days, taking into consideration your SERVE Site Placement • Tennis shoes • Laundry detergent and quarters in case you need to wash clothing • Pillow and bed linens for twin-sized beds (or bring a sleeping bag) • Towels and washcloths • Any toiletries and medication (medications do not need to be turned in to GENERATE Staff) • Spending money for traveling meals, and snacks/souvenirs while at camp • Sunscreen • Alarm clock and personal fan • Any other supplies needed for your SERVE Site Placement (More information will be given closer to camp time) WHAT NOT TO BRING: • Weapons • Tobacco or vape products of any kind, alcohol or drugs of any kind • Fireworks • Silly string or water balloons • Bikinis or speedos • Girls - one piece bathing suits or tankini suites please (see below for dress code) • Guys - please make sure bathing suits are not too short (see below for dress code) • Clothing that is too tight • Clothing that suggests inappropriate behavior • Spaghetti strap, halter or tube top shirts • Shirts that expose the midriff • Skateboards, hover boards, roller blades, etc. DRESS CODE: Wear modest shorts (when hands are extended to the back or the front, finger tips must touch fabric). Sleeveless shirts and tank tops are now allowed during day-time activities. Shirts with spaghetti straps, open backs or excessive armpit cutouts which expose torso and undergarments are NOT allowed. Large t-shirts that cover shorts should not be worn. ● Wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes while at recreation and free time and on ministry sites (Serve) and during Dodgeball tournament. ● Wear modest, one-piece bathing suits or two-piece suits covered with a dark colored t-shirt, if participating in water activities. ● Wear modest shorts, pants, jeans, or dresses for worship. Dresses with spaghetti or small straps, open backs, and excessively short lengths are unacceptable (when hands are extended to the back or the front, finger tips must touch fabric). Modest sleeveless tops are allowed in worship. ● Do not dress in a way that calls attention to underwear (sagging your pants, rolling down your waistbands, etc.) or wear pants or shorts with lettering on the bottom.
