Volunteer Registration for Night to Shine

Important Information Before Registering
On February 13, 2026, Highway Tabernacle will host the Night to Shine event, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Night to Shine is an incredible prom night experience designed to celebrate individuals with special needs, centering on God's love.
Every guest at Night to Shine will enjoy a red carpet entrance, greeted warmly by a cheering crowd and photographers. The evening includes limousine rides, hair and makeup stations, corsages and boutonnieres, shoe shines, a catered dinner, karaoke, a Respite Room for parents and caretakers, and, of course, a dance floor. The highlight of the night is the crowning of each guest as king or queen of the prom.
Registration Process
When registering, you will be asked to provide your personal information and any other details required to ensure a wonderful experience for our guests. You will also be asked to indicate your volunteer role preference. While we strive to honor these preferences, please be aware that it may not always be possible, and you may be assigned a different role.
Mandatory Training Events
All volunteers must attend one of the following training sessions, as required by the Tim Tebow Foundation, to ensure our guests have the best possible experience. Attendance is mandatory, even for those who have volunteered in the past. Please select one of the following dates:
January 31st, 10 am
February 5th, 7 pm
February 7th, 10 am
The meeting lasts approximatley 1 hour.
Event Expectations
Volunteers will arrive at 5:15pm on the night of the event and proceed to the Sanctuary to check in. Each volunteer will then report to their homebase in preparations to recieve guests. The event is over at 9pm, and we would appreciate any help in cleaning up.
All volunteers except buddies should eat before arriving. Food is only available for buddies to eat along with their guests.
Volunteer Attire
All volunteers, except wait staff, will be required to wear a themed shirt at the event to allow our guests to truly shine. Volunteers are welcome to dress the shirt up as the event calls for a little bit of fancy! The cost of the shirt is $9, and it can be purchased through the registration process. Shirts will be available in a range of sizes on a first-come, first-served basis.
