For our October Love First Challenge, Highland Oaks will be partnering with Arms of Hope Community Outreach Center, Bright Futures for Women and Children (formerly Pamper Lake Highlands), Forerunner, Caring & Sharing Food Pantry, and Little Acorns Child Development Center for this year's Trunk or Treat event at Highland Oaks.
