The Parables Of Jesus

The Prodigal Son

May 21, 2023 • Lead Pastor Scott Kircher • Luke 15:11–32

The story of the prodigal son is more a story about a father with 2 sons.  It is my hope today that through looking at the characteristics of each son that we might be able to see some of our own characteristics so we will truly be able to recognize the love of our Heavenly Father.

The Persistent Widow

May 14, 2023 • Lead Pastor Scott Kircher • Luke 18:1–8

In the story of the Persistent Widow, we see a widow who continually goes before an unjust judge to seek justice.  He eventually gives her justice because of her continual coming to him.  What is Jesus trying to teach us in this story he shares with the disciples?

The Sower And The Soils

May 7, 2023 • Lead Pastor Scott Kircher • Matthew 13:1–23

In the story of the Sower and the Soils, Jesus explains what the different soils represent and how they respond to the word of God.  What do people with hearts like Jesus describes look like today and how can we prepare our hearts to produce an abundant crop for the Kingdom of God?

The Ten Virgins

April 30, 2023 • Lead Pastor Scott Kircher • Luke 10:25–37

In the parable of the Ten Virgins, Jesus talks about what it will be like for those who enter or do not enter the kingdom of heaven.  For all who want to enter the kingdom of heaven, it is important to hear and understand what Jesus teaches us through this story so that we might be found ready.

The Good Samaritan

April 23, 2023 • Lead Pastor Scott Kircher • Luke 10:25–37
