Christmas. It is here. Many people have a love hate relationship with Christmas. For Christians it can be a great celebration, but even for Christians, we can get overwhelmed by the cultural expectations of Christmas. The problem seems to be expectations and even as we look back at the first Christmas, there seems to be many things that were unexpected as well.

Salvation seems so easy. Just receive Jesus as Savior. What a gift. Then why don’t people receive Him? Why didn’t many of those who saw him when He walked the earth not receive Him. And why do people today not receive Christ as Savior? This is the greatest gift of all. Let’s not let it go unreceived.
