Get ready for an unforgettable week! Axis Conference, hosted by The Life Church in Memphis, TN, is a world-class youth event for those who’ve completed 6th-12th grade.

Highlights: Powerful worship, incredible teaching, Tribal Wars team competitions, breakout sessions, free time activities, and a Serve Day across Memphis!

Return: We will head back on Friday, June 27.

Registration

Cost: $250 per youth (Sibling discount: $125)

Includes: Conference admission, travel, two youth outings, and hotel stay. Youth are responsible for three dinners ($15 per meal).

Deadline: Registration and payment must be completed by Wednesday, April 30.

Spots: Limited to 40 youth

Rooms: Youth will share a queen-sized bed with one other youth. Each room will have 3-5 people. All leaders are background-checked.

Travel:

Departure: Monday, June 23, at 10:30 AM from Heritage Church. Be on time with luggage ready.

Return: Friday, June 27, at 3:30 PM to Heritage Church. Youth will contact parents if arrival times change.

Packing: Space is limited. Bring one backpack, one pillow, and one large suitcase.

Meals:

Breakfast and lunch are provided and included in the fee. Youth are responsible for three dinners ($15 per meal). Bring extra money for snacks and conference merchandise.

Phones: Youth may bring phones, but they’ll be asked to put them away during conference sessions. We are not responsible for lost or damaged electronics.

Medicine: All medications must be checked in with a Heritage Youth Leader. Medications must be in their original prescription containers and will be administered as labeled.
