Throughout our lives, we have been and will be in dark times and seasons: be it the death of a loved one, struggles with personal matters, life mounting to be too much for us to handle, to conflicts with those close to us. Rather than trying to avoid these problems, or even try to face them head on, we need to remember who we need to rely on, God. It is important to learn to correctly process these griefs with God by learning how to lament, learning to process these dark times and give them to God.
