We have a saying, whether its for our marriages or our parenting or our business/vocation...or really anywhere. We say: “Be present!” And what we mean is to be focused and invested that particular endeavor in that particular moment. When we do that, we are PRESENT. The worship of our Almighty, Creator-God is no different. We so often try to separate our lives into their various compartments. There is our job (work life) and our home (family life) and our church (spiritual life), etc. But the truth is that our God refuses to be excluded from areas of our lives that we want to keep separate. Worship is about being in the PRESENCE of God (everywhere). It is about being present in the presence of God. Let’s find out how!
