Fullness of God

February 13, 2023 • Ephesians 3:14–21

POINT: The apostle Paul prays that we, the church, would be filled with the fullness of God and through it, the fullness of His love.


PASSAGE: Ephesians 3:14-21

14 For this reason I kneel before the Father,15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name.16 I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, 17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18 may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, 19 and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.


PRACTICE: We hear Zion's take on prayer and we receive the apostle Paul's prayer as our blessing for the day.

Day 21

February 21, 2023

"Thank him, ask him, and if you're not comfortable with God, pray more." We finish our 21 days of prayer today with passages of Scripture and worship. May all our prayers dwell with God until He answers them in His good and perfect time.

PURPOSE: Being created in God's image means that when we work, we partner with God in creating. PASSAGE: Genesis 2:15 "The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to till it and keep it". PRACTICE: a prayer of gratitude for the privilege of work

PURPOSE: We desire strong, healthy, intimate relationships that give God glory! SCRIPTURE: No Scripture passage for today PRACTICE: Pastor John leads us in a prayer for our relationships
