In this episode of the Heart Tug Podcast, Stacy Lynn discusses self awareness and the ability to take a compliment. Here are a few of the highlights: How do people see you? Why do you respond the way you do? Are you open to receiving honest feedback? Do you smack down compliments? Look at your negative self talk as a big pothole in the street. Self awareness is no the same as being self absorbed. Be gracious to yourself and others by accepting a compliment. For a Christian to have negative self talk is not in alignment with your Christian beliefs.
