By attending the 2024 Heartland Car Show you agreed that Heartland Church and sponsors has the right to use your likeness, image, and voice in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event. This consent includes, but is not limited to, promotional materials, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns by Heartland Church and sponsors.

By attending the 2024 Heartland Car Show you agreed to waive all claims and liability against Heartland Church and sponsors and its representatives, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: Spectators voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event. These risks may include, but are not limited to, injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

No Liability: The event organizers, sponsors, and venue owners (collectively referred to as “we” or “us”) shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages sustained during the event. This includes injuries resulting from negligence, acts of other spectators, or unforeseen circumstances.

Safety Precautions: We encourage all spectators to exercise caution, follow safety guidelines, and be aware of their surroundings. Please adhere to any posted rules, warnings, or instructions provided by event staff.

Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance. However, we do not guarantee immediate medical attention or services.

Release of Claims: Spectators release and discharge us, our agents, and representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of their attendance at the event.
