Session One

Speaker: Dave Ferguson • November 2, 2015 • Dave Ferguson

Dave Ferguson is the lead pastor of Community Christian Church, an innovative multi-site missional community that is passionate about “helping people find their way back to God.” Community has grown from a few college friends to thousands every weekend meeting at thirteen locations in the Chicago area and has been recognized as one of America’s most influential churches. Dave provides visionary leadership for NewThing, whose mission is to be a catalyst for movements of reproducing churches. He is the president and board chair for Exponential, the largest church planting conference in the world and is on the board of Ministry Grid and Leadership Network. He is an award-winning co-author of leadership books, Exponential, On The Verge, Discover Your Mission Now, Keeping Score and his newest book, Finding Your Way Back to God. Dave has written many articles and spoken worldwide at various leadership and church planting conferences. Dave and his wife, Sue, live with their three children– Amy, Joshua and Caleb–in Naperville, IL. He loves to coach his kids sports teams, enjoys reading and running. Session Two

Speaker: Brad Brisco • November 3, 2015 • Brad Brisco

Brad is currently the Church Planting Catalyst for the North America Mission Board in Kansas City; where he recruits, trains and coaches church planters. He holds a doctorate in the area of missional ecclesiology; his doctoral thesis was on assisting existing congregations in transitioning in a missional direction. He serves on the National Leadership team for Forge America. He is the co-author of Missional Essentials, a twelve-week small group study guide, The Missional Quest, and the forthcoming Next Door As It Is In Heaven. Speaker: Lance Ford • November 3, 2015 • Lance Ford

Lance Ford serves as the Church Planting Director for SoCal District and serves on the National Team of Forge America. He is the co-author, with Alan Hirsch, of Right Here Right Now, Everyday Mission for Everyday People, and the author of UnLeader, Reimagining Leadership…and Why We Must, as well as the co-author of Missional Essentials: A Guide for Experiencing God’s Mission in Your Life and The Missional Quest. Session Four

Speaker: Tammy Dunahoo • November 3, 2015 • Tammy Dunahoo

Tammy Dunahoo, general supervisor, has served the Foursquare Church as district supervisor of Arkansas, vice president of Women in Ministry Leadership and director of Foursquare Women International. During her pastoral ministry, she also served as a member of the Church Health team, National Church Council and Foursquare cabinet. As part of her current role, she serves on the Foursquare board of directors, cabinet, numerous committees and the board of trustees for Life Pacific College (also known as Life Bible College). Tammy’s passion is sponsoring the next generation and multiplying healthy leaders and churches throughout the U.S. until there is “a candle in every community.” Tammy has been married to her best friend and ministry partner, Gary, for more than 35 years. The Dunahoos have enjoyed ministry assignments as lead pastors, church-planters, life and marriage coaches and conference speakers. They have two adult children and one grandson and enjoy life with their family, playing golf and watching sunsets at the beach. Special thanks to Roger Vogel for filming and editing this video.

Session Five

Speaker: Dan Mundt • November 4, 2015 • Dan Mundt

Dan & Cindy Mundt have been in ministry for 29 years serving as Youth Pastors at the Moline Gospel Temple in Moline, Illinois, Assistant Pastors at The Family Fellowship in Amherst, Ohio and for 16 years as the Pastors of Faith Outreach Center in Rochester, Indiana. Dan currently serves as the Heartland District Supervisor. The Heartland District is six states: Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana. Dan graduated from Mt. Vernon Bible College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible in 1986 and was ordained at Angelus Temple in 1988, and a Masters in Strategic Leadership from Life Pacific College in 2015. Dan & Cindy have been married for 33 years and are the proud parents of Josh and Becca. Special thanks to Roger Vogel for filming and editing this video.
