PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

- You must provide your own table or rent one for $10.00.

- Tables must be covered on front and both sides to the floor. No boxes are to be left out.

- Space with access to electricity is limited and may be claimed for an additional $5.00.

- Set up time is 7:00-9:00am on Saturday, November 14.

- Show time is 9:00am-2:00pm on Saturday, November 14.

- You must not tear down until closing at 2:00pm.

- After completing this application, please email a photo of your product to Kristy Parson (krparson@sbcglobal.net).
