When You Pray, Fast & Give

In Matthew 6, Jesus gave instructions on three practices that are pillars in the life and community of Israel: giving, praying, and fasting. These three practices were so foundational that Jesus didn’t even command the listeners to give, to pray, or to fast. He presumes them. It's not a matter of 'if' but 'when' you do them.
