Giving is a challenge of spiritual magnitude. It ties to the fabric of our physical being whilst determining the destination of our spiritual outcome. This is often because giving is contrary to human nature. It is the hurdle over which many believers fail to clear and in in doing so fail to experience the full extent of what God has for us. God gave us His most precious thing through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, that we may receive His best and in turn return to God our best.

Love is more than an emotion, it’s a command. If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. (1 Corinthians 13:1-2)
