The first attack Satan was against the home. He invaded Eve and led her to act independently outside of the relationship leading to both of them into disobedience and judgment. Satan is still attacking relationships today.
When satan wanted to lead Adam & eve into sin, he started by attacking the Eve's mind. If satan can get you to believe a lie, then he can begin to work in your life to lead you into sin. This is why we must protect our minds from the attacks of the wicked one.
The Body

Your body is God's temple. If satan cannot defeat you by deceiving your mind, he will try to destroy your body. If we believe his lies, we will destroy ourselves but if we resist his deceit, then he will attack our bodies.

Satan's goal is always to get to the will and control it. He may begin by deceiving the mind, as with Eve, or by attacking the body, as with Job; but ultimately he must get to the will.
