This law is associated with leadership development. It suggests that individuals must climb the ladder of success one step at a time, rather than attempting to skip ahead or take shortcuts. To climb the ladder successfully it will take more than just talent, it will take character. Talent alone leads to performance but character leads to transformation. There is a huge difference between the two! Don't miss this word.

Today Bishop Dr. Edward Ramirez will discuss the law of self-awareness or we can also say the Law of self-reflection. This law is about examining one's actions and thoughts and seeking alignment with God's perfect will. The scriptures encourage individuals to be introspective and to examine their heart motives. And to strive for personal growth and personal maturity. How do we become self-confident and self-aware to avoid projecting on others what we are dealing with internally? This is a season of growth and we are doing it together.
