Dr Lydia Gore-Jones, Senior Lecturer in Old Testament Studies, presented an online lecture to the GO Family & Friends Zoom Fellowship titled, ‘What do the Scriptures say about Christ's Ascension?’. The lecture focused on the Old and New Testament scriptural references to this great event, as well as the reflections of our Church hymns on its significance for human salvation.
