Sermon Discussion Questions:

1) Why does Jesus thank the Father even after denouncing the unrepentant cities? How does this teach us about maintaining gratitude in difficult circumstances?

2) What does it mean that God has "hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children"? What does this tell us about how we come to know God?

3) How does Jesus' statement that "all things have been handed over to me by my Father" give us confidence in His sovereignty, even in a world that largely rejects Him?

4) In what ways do you experience laboring and being heavy laden? How does Jesus' invitation to "come to me" provide hope and rest for your soul?

5) What does it look like to take on Jesus’ "easy yoke" and "light burden" in your daily life? How does this contrast with the pressures we place on ourselves?
