One of satan’s most effective devices is the hinderance of truth. The devil knows that the truth sets people free, and the devil knows that a lack of knowledge brings destruction. Destruction is the very nature of satan, and he loves ignorance. May God deliver us from stupid excuses keeping us from knowledge
