Isaiah 12:1-6 // Why is Christmas so compelling? It's because we all desire for what is transcendent to feel immanent. The true reality of Christmas is that through a personal clearing of guilt, a corporate dive into joy, and a proclamation of the gospel, what is transcendent has become immanent: the Holy one of Israel has come to dwell in our midst.
