Our minds are constantly racing with thoughts, many of which are filled with self-doubt and subsequently doubt in God. We tell ourselves what we can’t do, what we can’t be, what can’t possibly go right for us — never countering with the truths of what God can do through us, what He can make us or what He can do for us. The longer we allow these destructive thoughts to run free in our minds the more deeply entrenched they become. Ron talks about how to begin the process of filtering out the poisonous thoughts of the enemy and replace them with the healing, enabling thoughts of our Creator.

Our world is broken, and so many of us have been wounded. But if we don’t forgive those who hurt us, we can be overwhelmed by a growing bitterness, anger, hate, shame and depression. Jesus said, “Love your enemies,” and pray like this, “Forgive me my sin, as I forgive those who sinned against me.” Choosing to forgive is crucial for your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.

Dark evil forces get a lot of play in Hollywood movies, and the Bible tells many stories that support the reality of the spiritual realm actively influencing humans.
