The Most Important Paragraph in the Bible

Part 4

October 3, 2021 • Steve McKinney • Romans 3:21–24, 1 Corinthians 15:1–5

This week is the 4th part of our series in the Book of Romans. Steve takes a look at what he feels is the most important paragraph in the Bible. He also takes a look at the Gospel and explains the importance of what God penned to mankind through ordinary people. You won't want to miss this foundational teaching of why we need God, what He did for us and what His plan is for our future.

The Art of Affirmation

June 12, 2022 • Steve McKinney • Romans 16:1–4

We are in Part 29 of our study of the Book of Romans. This week we take a look at how Paul affirms those who have been working so diligently for Christ. Let's face it, we live in a negative world. God wants each and every one of us to use positivity and not negativity. This week Paul gives us a great example on how to live life the right way.

The Art of Encouragement

June 5, 2022 • Steve McKinney • Romans 15:1–7

This weekend Steve takes a look at why it is vitally important to encourage one another. Just as Christ laid down his life for others, we are to work toward pleasing others by encouraging them and lifting them up. We live in a world where it is so easy to tear others down; but Jesus wants us to be different and speak words or encouragement.

Part 27 in our study of the book of Romans gives us an opportunity to discuss grace in a deeper context. We must realize that each one of us is different and as we follow Christ we are all "in-process". Instead of focusing on our differences we need to focus on giving one another grace for the place we are in on our walk in life.
