Deuteronomy is important. It's so important it's the book quoted by Jesus directly to Satan! There are so many laws and passages that need to be interpreted and applied and then there can be a greater application to passages too. "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness," II Timothy 3:16
