There is no such thing as a perfect church but we are all a part of the body and we need each other in order to glorify the Head of the church. Jesus is not a part of our church. The church is a part of Him. We don't call the shots, He does.
If you don't think there is a war around you, you are naive. If you think the people and circumstances are your enemy, you are fighting the wrong thing. In a spiritual war, the only hope you have is through actively fighting with the Holy Spirit in you.
