In Colossians 1:19-23, Paul focuses on Christ as the only source of reconciliation. He is the source of cosmic reconciliation, in which all things will be restored and he will be recognized by all as the Lord of Creation. He is also the source of personal reconciliation, making a way for us to be reconciled to God through him.
