At this stage of spiritual growth, where an Elder is a Father with experience, the Aged is an Elder... with experience. Every church must have both Elderly and Aged members, who lead and guide and allow their experience to help the Pastor/teacher to do the work of the ministry.

At this stage of Spiritual Growth, we reach the ELDER stage. An Elder is the only stage that is also an official office in the church. But this speaks as well to our "elderly" members. An elder is a Spiritual Father, with EXPERIENCE.
