Jesus has a different way of doing things than the world does. What the world rejects, Jesus accepts and uses in powerful ways. The invitation to follow Jesus is the beginning of a life changing journey. But following in His steps comes with a cost.
When Jesus arose from the dead He made it clear that the invitation to follow in His steps still remained- even pursuing Peter to offer forgiveness for his failures so he could move forward as a Disciple.
