Chapter 2: Fear

An analysis of the special kind of fear that is endured by the disinherited (the financially and socially insecure). A fear of one-sided violence in which one is helpless against the powers that be and their surrogates. This fear is war of nerves and erodes the sense of dignity of the human being.
Jesus' gospel to those in this kind of fear, a fear he knew well, is that you are a beloved child of God. This is the first step.
