What an amazing gift God has given us in giving us our life! He placed us in our mother’s womb! He ordained our birthday! He gave us life and has done so with purpose and forethought. He planned you. He made you. He set you on your path. How amazing is our Lord that He cares so much for us? How amazing is it that we have been given life through His almighty hand. Remembering those truths, we are “Thankful for Life” today!

God is so good to us in that He brings us into this world to live and breath and have our being in Him! Unfortunately, our sinful human nature, which is inextricably linked to our created bodies, keeps us from trusting in Him as our Savior. Amazingly however, in the same way that the Lord gives us life, He also gives us eternal life! Today we remember that the Lord engenders faith in our sinful hearts and so today we also remember to be “Thankful for Faith”!
