As we begin our journey in the songs of the Bible, the Psalms, we discover King David offering praise to God in Psalm 101. But this isn’t empty praise – it’s praise for who God is and what that means for the daily living of our lives. It’s about living a life that is consistent with God’s design and Will for each one of us, and that requires integrity, especially today, when many are downplaying or dismissing the importance of a faith in Christ.

So, it should come as no surprise that the Psalms, early songs of worship, included what were essentially love songs to and for God.
