Habits are a part of all our lives, and they enable us to do many things without a great deal of thought and effort. And so, if we want to see our lives change, it’s typically easiest by changing our habits, by creating systems that help us become who God created us to be. This morning we’ll look at a time-tested way to start new habits that begin to move us in the right direction.

Change isn’t easy, but it isn’t impossible, either. Big changes don’t have to be big undertakings. Many times, it’s the small commitments that add up to big results, when those commitments become habits. When you start with a few minor consistent behaviors, you can change how you see yourself today and allow God to transform you into the person you were meant to become tomorrow.
