By signing up as a Table Host for The Gathering, I am agreeing to decorate a table that will host 8 women at The Gathering on Thursday, November 12, 2026. I also agree to host between 8 and 10 ladies at my table for the evening. As a table host, you may purchase tickets for people at your table or have them purchase them individually. If having them purchase tickets individually, please have them list your name as their Table Host when they register. Thanks so much!

Important things to remember:

1. Pray about who to invite to sit at your table. Each table will hold 8-10 chairs, so think about 7-9 guests you would like to have with you at your table. Think of neighbors, co-workers, family members, or any woman that you know needs encouragement.

2. You will be responsible for decorating your table. The church will provide white tablecloths, plates, silverware and cups. Decorating can include a centerpiece, napkins, chargers and any other decorative items you would like to display.

3. Each guest needs to register at www.prattvillemethodist.org or on our church app. There is a $12 charge for each person. On the registration form, it is important for your guest to put YOUR NAME in the table host field. 

4. Tables will be set up and ready to decorate on Thursday by 10:00am. Your table needs to be set and ready by 5:00pm. If this is a problem, please let us know and we will try to make arrangements. At the conclusion of the night, please take your decorations with you when you leave.

Please watch our social media and share posts to help spread the word about this women’s event. We want to get the word out to our church members as well as women in our community.

We encourage each table host to be at the church no later than 5:30pm to welcome the guests as they arrive.
