We are all called to be messengers in ministry, but as Friends of the Bridegroom. In Matthew 25, Jesus shares the parable of the ten virgins with lamps, representing messengers with ministries. Five are wise, cultivating intimacy with the Bridegroom God through the Holy Spirit, while the foolish ones lack this intimacy.

Being wise messengers involves more than just preaching and expending energy; it requires cultivating intimacy with the Lord. We must develop a heart that interacts with Jesus, not just having sermons but deepening our relationship with Him
