Healthy Connections, in partnership with FMBC, invites you to the 21st Annual Relay for Health & Wellness happening on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 8 AM–Noon here at Freewill.

We’ll be focusing on reducing stigma, building resilience, and strengthening our bonds as the body of Christ. Faith‑filled panelists will share wisdom and encouragement to help us listen, heal, and grow together.

Come for screenings, workshops, and uplifting talks designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll celebrate stronger minds, healthier lives, and a stronger community through Christ’s love.
