Applications for guest hosting at the 2019 Four12 Conference in South Africa will be open from 1 July 2019 and will close at the end of day on 31 August 2019.

Please note that applications will be considered on a first come first serve bases.

Once you have completed and submitted the online application form, you should receive an email with a link to confirm your email address. Once you have confirmed your email address via the link in the email, our system will attempt to match you to a suitable host within a couple of days, and you should receive a confirmation email with the details of your host. However, if an immediate match is not available, please do not be alarmed. Our hosting team will do their utmost best to accommodate you and will let you know how to proceed. This process will take a bit longer but rest assured that we will get back to you.

Should you not hear from us by 1 August 2019, we may not have been able to place you with a host. Should this be the case we would encourage you to make use of Airbnb’s/Guesthouses in the following areas which are within 4 – 10 km from the venue:

● Panorama
● Plattekloof
● Protea Valley
● Welgedacht
● Welgelegen
● Welgemoed
