Jeff and Shaunti Feldhahn have been researching men/women relationships for decades, but admit that they’ve never addressed financial issues in marriage because it was a topic they personally never discussed in their relationship. This lack of financial communication is common for 77-percent of married couples, which can lead to tension, assumptions, hard-feelings and conflict in marriage. The Feldhahns urge married couples to TALK about their money on a regular basis in order to establish common values, overcome “money fears,” avoid knee-jerk reactions, and build unity in their relationship.
