The Book of Job, though written many years ago, addresses issues that we encounter even today. Two important issues are the cause and effect of suffering and the justice and care of God. These issues are not easily understood. We will see how Job's friends confront the sufferings of Job, and how Job, himself, responds. The Book of Job teaches us that we should trust God in all circumstances.
