New Part-Time Director of Family and Children's Ministries

Come meet Cinnamon on June 17th at 9:00 AM in the Youth Room. It'll be a meet & greet and a chance to learn who Cinnamon is and her faith story. It'll also be a chance to hear her vision for Family & Children's ministry here at BurbankPres. (The invite is to all those who have served in kid's ministry as volunteers in the past or parents who might want to simply come and meet Cinnamon)

We have a new interim pastor! Join us this coming Sunday morning at the 10:30am service as we introduce the Rev. Dr. Gareth Icenogle. Immediately after worship, we will have a meet and greet in the fellowship hall.

Interim Pastor Committee Selected

Dear BurbankPres, With the desire to keep you the members of our church updated and with the hopes this will give you encouragement that we are moving forward, we now officially have an Interim Pastor Search Committee. Our church elders (Leadership) have met and it was voted to approve the following elders to be part of the Interim Pastor Search Committee: 1. Carol Flynn (Chairperson) 2. Trish Vosper 3. Roberta Smith 4. Michael Hammell 5. Cathy Kelley 6. Manuel Flores Jr. As the Interim Pastor Search Committee proceeds we ask that you would keep them in your prayers, as they begin to discern who it is that the Lord is calling to help lead us through this important time in the life of our church and to help us continue sharing in the mission of God here in Burbank and the world. The Presbytery of San Fernando is very much involved and has provided us with a liaison that will help provide us the support we will need in determining our interim pastor and ultimately will help begin the work of finding our permanent pastor. We will continue to keep you updated as much as possible. Don't forget to join us for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 am in person (in the sanctuary) and online, on our streaming platforms.
