Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our 2026 Christmas Festival!

We are hosting this event the same day as the Montgomery Christmas Parade.

We are on the parade route and will serve as a public parking option for the parade, so there will be a lot of people coming through!

Date: Saturday, December 12

Time: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: First Montgomery Baptist Church - 20423 Eva Street, Montgomery, Tx 77356

Our celebration will include:

-Live Music

-Food Trucks

-Arts & Crafts Vendors

-Family Activities for All Ages

Vendor Information:

Booth spaces available: 

Single - 12x12 for $25 

Double - 24x12 for $40

Triple - 36x12 for $50

Food Truck - $100 (Fee Refundable After Event - Food Trucks only)

This is an outdoor event. Each vendor will be required to provide their own display, tables, chairs, tents, and any supplies they need. Vendors will be able to check in and set up Saturday morning beginning at 9:00am. 

If you sell popular items such as Scentsy, Tupperware, Paparazzi, etc., please email office@firstmontgomery.org to check availability for these spots before you register. They will be first come, first serve. 

Please do not register to sell items such as CBD oil, tobacco, alcohol, items containing profanities, etc. If you have any questions, please email office@firstmontgomery.org.

Vendors are welcome to bring candy or a game for your booth. This is a great way to get families to your booth!

All vendors must read the accompanying Rules and Regulations and complete this registration/contract.

Every vendor is required to completely clean up their space and leave it just as they found it.

Disclaimer: This is a legally binding contract. By electronically signing this registration I/we understand the Contract and Rules & Regulations and agree to abide by them and in addition indemnifies and holds harmless First Montgomery, this event, and any of its members, harmless against liability of loss against any and all claims or actions for any injuries to myself or any of my staff, or own volunteers, or loss or damage to personal property while participating in this event. This Vendor Contract will be binding only upon execution by Vendor and approval by First Montgomery.
