About Us

Who We Are

We are a small, but mighty congregation of people who love Jesus and each other. We do our best with God's help to live according to what the Bible teaches. We welcome newcomers to join in as we study the Word, we pray, we sing, we remember what Jesus said and did, and we work together to make the world a better place. We aren't perfect, but together we are being perfected into the likeness of Jesus.

Our Core Beliefs

Pastor Teresa shares what our church family believes about God, people, and God's plan to not only help us through the difficulties of life but also to give us a place to live where everything is how it ought to be.

Mission

Our church founders cleverly used the name of the town in which our church building sits to create our mission objectives. These define our our approach to how we make the world a better place. Our Pastor

Pastor Teresa Barrington has been our shepherd since June of 2019, after taking on the mantle of her father, Jim Barrington, who pastored this church for 18 years. God is Teresa's favorite subject and the motivator for all that she does. She lives next door to the church with her husband, Mike. Listen as she expresses her heart for the ministry of God.

Welcome to the Family

Sometimes our blood relations don't really feel like family or perhaps they are too far away or too busy to offer the support we need. That's where "church" can fill in the gap! We have people of all ages who come to our services and events. Want to make real connections? Come more than once. Come for 5, 6, or 7 times and you'll feel like you have found a family. That's true of any church that is whole-heartedly following after Jesus.
