A faith anchored in the hope of the resurrection overcomes the fear of harm; in the salvation of Christ overcomes the fear of loss. A faith anchored in the truth of Christ’s authority overcomes the fear of man’s authority. A faith anchored in the power of the Holy Spirit overcomes the fear of a lack of intellect. An anchored faith can turn inward fear into outward courage!!

Peter's encounter with Jesus in Luke 5 was not his first, but it was significant. Jesus calls Peter to deeper waters, physically and spiritually. For us to anchor our faith, internalize a Kingdom call for ourselves and for others, we need to make the right shifts and cast fear aside.
