We are invited to do something great. However the voices that swirl in our heads may not be the most useful/productive voices. Truthfully, some of the thoughts we think are in reality counter-productive. Negative self-talk can likely distort our view of reality. Our partnership in doing something great relies on partnering with God’s Holy Spirit to accomplish life-transformation. Grounding our transformation in the help of a Wisdom source outside of us implies we turn to Him often. “Doing well under the circumstances,” has to be shifted so that we are living above our circumstances. Not every season of life will be easy so cultivating the practice of prayer becomes essential. Here are [#] ways to foster your partnership in Spirit’s transformative work in and through you: [1] acknowledge your deficiency and need for help; [2] bring everything to God in prayer, but don’t make this primarily about you (ONE); [3] look and listen for opportunities to actively help someone grow their belief.
