Registration is open! Please complete this form to register your child for Mother's Day Out at FBC Ponder. MDO will be on Monday's beginning in August and will follow the Ponder ISD school calendar.  Dues will be $75 per month for the first child and $65 for a second child or third child. There will be a $50 deposit per child to hold your spot. The deposit will be applied to the first month's dues. We will contact you after registration with more details.
