The Scheduling Coordinator will contact you to confirm time of appointment. We will NOT hold an appointment time if we do not reach you. It is important that if we leave a message that you call back as soon as possible.

Please Note: If you have had heart surgery or a heart attack in the past 6 months you ARE NOT eligible for treatment on the bus.
