A Study in the Book of Mark

This weekend we begin a new series for 2022. It is called, Walking With Jesus. Through this series we will meet people who walked with Jesus. We will see their successes and their failures. This first week we will learn all about what it means to turn and to trust. All Jesus’ followers must do these two things in order to walk with Him. Walking with Jesus | Week 11 | Palm Sunday

This coming weekend marks the beginning of Passion Week. It is the week that we observe Jesus’ passionate arrival in Jerusalem. He knows what awaits Him there and He wants us to know that He knows what He is doing. As we consider the events of that week in the life of Jesus and His disciples it is important for us to remember. So, we will remember through observing the Lord’s Supper. Please come prepared for God to speak to you in a meaningful way as we reflect on how He approached life and death.

Have you ever walked on a red carpet? Has anyone ever rolled out the red carpet for you? This weekend as we Walk With Jesus, we will see how He showed how to value people. Once again, we will see how the Disciples were slow to pick up on His message. Maybe this weekend we will be quicker to understand what He is trying to teach us. What is your vision? 20/20? How about your spiritual vision? Can you see who Jesus is and understand what He wants? This weekend we will take a close look at the vision of the disciples and how they often did not have a clear vision of who Jesus was. Could that be true of us? Let’s talk about it this weekend.
